"I don’t understand how this clinic thinks it’s acceptable to have such a rude receptionist as the first person greeting you into their establishment. I’ve seen several other reviews on how rude and condescending the receptionist is. The receptionist we spoke to is named Anna ( maybe spelled differently) and she has sure been a “ pleasure” to work with. Between being rude, condescending and not at all helpful she refused to give us any number to better contact the neurologist we’re working with and as she says “ I don’t know why your even calling us, your doctor is only here maybe 1-2 days a week”. We asked if there was a way to get into contact with the neurologist since she apparently didn’t know why we would contact their office ( we were told by the neurologist to contact them specifically) she said there was no way. So what do we do from there, if there’s allegedly no way to contact them. When we raised our concerns to her, she didn’t have any answers besides “ I get sent the referral and I book the appointment. That’s my job and I’ve done my job”. When we asked if there was a supervisor or manager or anyone else we could talk to and she said no and she was the highest position in office to talk to. This office suffers greatly in their communication skills and will tell you one thing at your appointment and what happens is something different. We were told we would be seeing a new doctor arriving in February and when we called to ask about the process of that, we were told that there was actually no doctor coming in February and she didn’t know what we were talking about. There were 3 of us at the appointment and she claimed all 3 of us “ misunderstood” and “misheard “. None of this even touches on the complicated and unsatisfactory visit with Dr.Carter who will absolutely not give you the time of day to listen to you about your own body and concerns, even if it had been worked on with a doctor and a neurologist previously. If information was more clearly and effectively communicated it would avoid most complications like this."
"Dr. Savedia saved me... I was having 15+ migraines a month and she has been amazing with her treatment plan. I did botox and her needling was great. I have always been treated with professionalism there. When I had 8days of migraines straight, I called and they relayed the message and I was immediately given treatment. They are not overly friendly, but always professional! Thank you Stonebridge!"
"Dr. Ballentine was an amazing doctor, and have no complaints regarding her care or compassion during my visit with her. My concern is the reception. I have called multiple times to leave voicemails, and none are returned. Only when I finally got ahold of them did they confirm that "yes, we received your voicemail" - okay, then why not at least call me back when you had a moment to let me know (takes 1 minute to do so) plus the tone and lack of care reception took when approaching me made me feel like really, they don't give a damn. I'm just another number. I am dealing with concerning symptoms, and the last thing I need is for someone representing this clinic to treat me like I'm a burden. I recommend just change the tone and act like you care - I realize it must be a busy clinic and we get caught up in our own stress. But to add, it takes one minute to either give someone support and reduce their anxiety, or one minute to destroy their day. It's the person working with the client to make that choice. Something to consider. Thank you."
"This clinic is horrible all around. Its impossible to speak to someone without leaving numerous voicemails over several days. When you finally do speak with someone they dont help to refill medications in a timely manner, even though you've been trying to contact them for weeks. The tone and service of their reception is awful. The doctor I deal with is also rude and shows no compassion, often jumping to conclusions and making decisions that affect daily life without truly listening to the patient. She is also always late to scheduled calls by at least 45 minutes. When I commented on the state if reception she didn't seem to care in the slightest. Would give 0 stars if I could."
"Never answer phone calls. Dr. Masiowski dismisses any concerns I have as I continue to have seizures. Ever since COVID only does phone call appointments or zoom which I find ridiculous. Laughed at me when I asked about a service dog for my epilepsy and said "what's it going to do call 911?" Which is extremely unprofessional and not what service dogs do. They alert you before a seizure or will alert someone else during a seizure. Won't let me switch to Dr. Carter who specializes in epilepsy. To anyone who has dealt with him treating you badly please contact SHA and report it!"
