"I am not satisfied with my delivery. Today was horrible. Neighbors have their paper and we did not get ours. I am told by Customer Service that she can't put anything in the system until 8:00 am ..I literally had to wait 10 minutes, be put thru hold times all over again to call back and the same gal couldn't understand why I was angry. When I yelled at her she said "Wow" and put me thru to a voicemail for a supervisor that wasn't even working at the time. The third time I called to see when I could expect my Sunday paper, I was told "we don't do deliveries" wait what???! We pay way too much for our newspaper for service like this. Update: never received a call back. Two days later my Sunday paper was delivered with our daily."
"If i could give LNP a negative 10 stars I would do that in a heartbeat. On a fairly regular basis we get the Lancaster Farming which we did NOT subscribe for instead of the LNP newspaper which we DID pay for. I call them and they say that they can't redeliver the newspaper that should have delivered already and they will talk with their manager but the same delivery issues keep happening. The only reason that we get this newspaper, that isn't worth anything anymore, is because my elderly mother likes to read the newspaper. I also like to read the newspaper but LNP is not worth my time."

I didn't get an Saturday lnp newspaper an lancaster farming in 2 month an counting every time I call in I hear the same shit about how they will tell the manager an I'm starting to think the manager don't give a shit either. If it don't improve I'm gonna cancel my subscription cuz I'm not getting what I pay for. Negative 20 star rating 👎"
