"They don't even deserve a single star, I don't have the option of negative star rating or I would have chosen the smallest one of them all. An agency with no sense of professionalism whatsoever, a staff that has total and utter disregard for the vendors, a team that is so unprofessional and outright abysmal that they don't reply to emails, calls, messages and just sit there being a silent specimen and marinating in their mediocrity. It is an agency that has a terrible and dismal track record of defaulting on their payments to the vendors. They have not paid my dues for over fours months after it is due. And the worst part is they don't even have the decency to communicate it, they don't feel the need to be apologetic about it. Guess that how they work, showing disregard for their vendors. Despite being polite and patient with them, everyone from the junior to the seniors up till the VP with whom I have shared correspondence have been of no help at all and have made zero efforts to resolve my issue of invoice non-payment."
