"Unfortunately I can't post any photos because my order hasn't been delivered. We ordered the products we wanted to use for Christmas lunch on 12/18. Even though delivery before Christmas was guaranteed, as of today, 12/26, we have no news of the shipment. Christmas lunch ruined! It's a shame what happened this time, in fact previous orders have always lived up to expectations."
"For my first order and therefore my first experience, I'm half satisfied: 5 stars for product quality and customer service, 1 star for delivery and shipping, which is certainly the courier's fault, but each company chooses the same one to ensure on-time deliveries. In my case, since it was in the same region, it should have been delivered in 1.2 days, but instead it took 4 days, plus the courier tried to justify themselves by claiming that no one was home two days earlier. Too bad I have cameras, alas. Excellent products, shipping could be improved. I'll try again."
