"After the initial conference call I was awaiting our proposal, which didn’t transpire. After chasing, I discovered the guy had gone on holiday. Upon his return I received a short email saying “we were not a good fit” and they wouldn’t be quoting. I emailed back to ask why, and no response. I had been chasing for over two weeks by then. Terrible way to treat people. Update- see response below- Our budget was £30k for the website and £3k per month for social media. I guess you need more than that for this company to be interested."

"Shocking, thats all I can say. Beware or you could lose a lot of money like I have. Lets go back to the start. Looked around a few places with a max budget of £500 per month management fee to start while we scaled things up. Found Lour Mouth media. had an online meeting with a lady who seemed really knowledgeable. Decided to go with them at £600 per month and agreed a strategy and ad spend. It went ok it seemed but the tracking they said theyd set up never materialised. Months later it did but it left me guessing for a lot of it. The shopping side seemed to sort of work - the rest was hard to say but I kept with it as they said google would need time to learn my campaign and pull my costs down. Then the nice ladt who I signed up with left (I wonder why). Then the average campaign took a nose dive. Over the next 6 month I think I was given just two of my monthly catch up meetings. Only when I threatened to leave did they actually finally set the tracking up. I kept asking to see the cmapaigns. The service campaigns would surely need me to check that they hadnt put some wrong or misleading info in by mistake. This never materialised until one day I searched online and find one of my ads. WOW I WAS IN SHOCK. So the headline was for a vehicle wrap product I told them not to list as we dont hold these in stock or make much off them. So we had a vinyl wrap which you can use to change the colour of your car and the headlines was "For residential and commercial buildings" "Reduce heat, glare and UV rays" and a load of rubbish that didnt relate to the product at all. I finally demanded to see what theyd done and for the 12 months and over £7000 + VAT in fees theyd literlly done an ad with every possible headline for every product and let google decide what headline to put with what. No sectioning into similar categories it was a free for all. Lazy, lazy, lazy. I told them straight away I wanted to cancel. I was disgusted. How dare they do this and waste my management fee but also waste my google spend! To add insult to injury they said I had to give a months notice so they could squeeze a final £600 + VAT off me. Another guy called to try and keep me on board promising this that and the other. I told them that if Im paying for another month you can fix the account. He promised to get my accounts up and running properly. A month went by. I struggled to get any info as to whats going on. Contacted the lazy guy who messed my account up. Contacted the guy who was meant to be overseeing getting everything fixed. Got ignored. Finally got a message back and theyd created a few ads (maybe took 30 mins to do). not added any keywords, bidding or even put it live. It's an absolute joke. Dreadful company and poor customer service. I complained to the guy who was meant to be fixing things. That was a couple of weeks ago and no answer. Stay away and find a reputable company. Thanks for the very costly lesson!"
