"My experience with Luxury Presence was extremely disappointing. The pricing is excessively high for what is essentially a pre-made template website that should not cost thousands of dollars just to sign up. In addition to the large upfront fee, the ongoing monthly charges are also unreasonably expensive. What is most concerning is that despite these high costs, clients do not truly own their website or retain full rights and control over it. I also felt that misleading promises were made during the sales process regarding the value, customization, and overall benefits of the service. The final product and support did not match the expectations that were set. I truly wish I had taken the time to look more carefully at the lower-score reviews beforehand, because I would never have paid thousands of dollars for something that ultimately provided so little value. The type of pre-made template service they offer should not cost more than around $40 per month, especially considering there are many other options available. When compared with other real estate website companies — or even using modern AI tools to build a custom site yourself and purchasing a domain through GoDaddy for a minimal cost — Luxury Presence’s pricing feels unjustified. Many competitors offer more features, greater flexibility, and full ownership rights at a fraction of the price. For the amount being charged, the value simply does not justify the investment, and I would strongly advise others to carefully compare alternatives, read reviews thoroughly, and fully understand the terms before committing."
