LG offers vague offers via email. The last email I received stated that a transfer from Loyalty Point would be made today. Of course, no transfer was made. The case has just been reported to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK)."
"NOTE! The company runs a loyalty system called STREFA LG, which distributes BLIK checks for the purchase of LG equipment. BLIK checks do not work, you can't call anyone because the LG Strefa Customer Service Center only contains a contact form via the website. Employees of Strefa LG do not respond to complaints. You can't cash a BLIK check. It will end up in the UOKIK. Update: despite the response from the company, which can be seen below, I still have not received the BLIK code due, but further assurances that it will be sent in the following weeks. Scam!"
"I don't recommend it. Everything looks good on the surface, but the reality is often different. This company operates the Strefa Enea website, through which they sell various products. From the beginning, I had problems with a complaint about the very poor quality of the goods. I'm currently on my second complaint and am still waiting for a refund for the shipping costs for the accepted complaint. They don't respond to emails, ignore the customer, make promises, and then break their word."
