"With this company, I learned three very valuable things that have served me well throughout my professional career. First, "Platinum," "Gold," or similar certifications guarantee nothing. Second, the salespeople don't reflect the reality of the company. And third, no one will ever want to help you, even if they try to make you believe otherwise; they're just working. My odyssey with this company began with great enthusiasm, naiveté, and a PrestaShop store. It was a wonderful project, promised to take "100 hours" and three months, where everything would be perfect and I'd have support every step of the way—nothing could have been further from the truth. The first step was the design, which already took about three months and almost the initial 100 hours. It was quite slow and expensive, but that was just the beginning. After finishing the design and with the project only half-finished, they put me in the "queue" to start production, something that was never discussed. I spent about four months in that queue, and after countless calls, emails, desperation, and stress, I finally managed to get my "on hold" project going again. This then dragged on for another four months, and I watched as the hours literally vanished like air. I had to recharge my time several times, of course, but there was no going back. Finally, after almost a year and around €14,000, the day arrived to launch the store. I still had some hope, but it didn't last long... The store launched with terrible performance and numerous bugs, but that was okay, everything could be fixed with more time packages, of course. It wasn't their fault the website was poorly made! So I had to keep paying if I wanted it to work properly. Luckily, the time came to say goodbye to the worst company I've ever encountered in my years of entrepreneurship. After a lost year and €14,000 thrown away, I had to find someone to fix this mess. Unfortunately, it wasn't easy, so after recovering, I paid another company another €14,000 to build a completely new online store from scratch. Luckily, it was a fixed price, and it was completed in about three months and working perfectly. Today, I receive around 800 orders per month. I certainly wouldn't recommend what I went through there to my worst enemy, because it almost ruined me, both mentally and financially. I felt scammed, humiliated, and despised, completely alone and without any support from the company. Since I managed to recover and gained experience and knowledge, today I thank Linea Gráfica for teaching me how difficult it is to find a company that does its job well, and that you shouldn't trust any salesperson or any certification."
"I've known Linea Gráfica for over a decade, and I can say they've been a key part of my online business's evolution. We started back in 2012 with a store built on OsCommerce, when eCommerce was still in its infancy compared to today. They spend endless hours on unnecessary tasks, generating high costs, but they fail to solve the real problems. They just hang up on the hours they spent, with no transparency regarding the development work.
