"Everytime I go to send things (ex letters to military base and returns) they either say they can’t find the address or that’s it’s wrong. Won’t accept returns (already printed QR code) and constantly send me to the postal service lazy POS. I always go to postal annex the one on palm much better service. The employees are lazy. I asked the other postal annex as to why they won’t accept it and simply said it’s up to them if they want to or not. Definition of LAZY."
"I had such a wonderful experience at this Postal Annex thanks to one of the employees. I didn’t catch her name, but she has long, curly hair and the most welcoming smile. From the moment I walked in, she made everyone feel at ease and was incredibly friendly. She helped guide me through the process of mailing letters (something I hadn’t done in years, so I felt a little clueless). She was so patient, kind, and thorough, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Truly 10/10 customer service—this location is lucky to have her!"
"I got a mailbox 2 weeks ago and filled a change of address form with them and my mail is still going to my old address. I have been on hold for 10 minutes on the phone. I do not recommend. I will follow up with updates on how they remedy the situation. I am still on hold. 20minutes later and they are telling me that they don't forward the mail to the mailbox with the post office. last annex i used they did it for me. weird. i have pictures of the holding time. its noted."
"The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 42 years alive. Abusive and ridiculous charges with not even the slightest will to provide minimum customer service. Do not go to even drop off anything! After reply: You know what I mean. But if you want to keep denying it, and keep you 3.6 star rating, go ahead. I'm not the only one saying the same thing.... Guilty as charged. I used your computer (for 2 min.) and your tape and got charged $4. If that is fair to you, great! And is not only about the money, is the way you talk to customers. Sales come after customer service..."
