"I canceled my Madgicx account, assuming — as their interface led me to believe — that everything associated with my subscription would be terminated. Instead, I was charged afterwards for an "add-on" that was never clearly disclosed during the cancellation process. At no point was I made aware that canceling the main subscription wouldn’t also cancel any associated charges. The cancellation flow was misleading, and it felt intentionally designed to confuse users into ongoing billing without their knowledge. I would never recommend a platform that engages in shady billing practices. Be very cautious if you sign up — they make it easy to subscribe, but confusing and costly to leave."
