"The place is very nice, but their advertising is misleading. They offer a free month, but when you request a visit, they don't respond (apparently waiting for the promotion to end so you can't use it for free). I've called, gone in person, sent an email form, and no one replies. The one time I was lucky enough to finally get someone to see me in the office (after going three times), the person said they would send pricing and details about the promotion, but never showed up again... I imagine the service must be just as bad."

"The location isn't bad, but it had some issues. The hot desk area is crowded with companies that don't want to pay for office space and take up entire tables. They're also constantly in meetings, making it difficult to concentrate. There are also many issues with the building: leaks, defects, and constant emergency repairs. It's rare that more than a week or two goes by without a problem. The most notable thing is that the staff is attentive and does what they can to improve the experience."
