First Renato calls & tells me about the position & offers me the position & tells me he’s going to send me new hire links to accept the offer & too fill out new hire paperwork. Then not even 3 hours later Brenda Melgarejo calls telling me about the exact same position & when I told her that I had already spoken to Renato she said there was nothing in the system for me & that no one there had spoken to me. I was like um what?…..I was just offered the job from Renato 3 hours ago from the same phone number. When I tried to call back in about 10-20 times I couldn’t get ahold of anyone & the receptionist & everyone there just kept playing games with answering phone calls. Entire thing feels like a scam & no communication whatsoever. Extremely shady people."
"Don't expect to get any help when they mess up your pay. 5 weeks after submitting my bank information they blame me for there failure. When you call customer service they are so incompetent that a goldfish could do better. Yet here we are no direct deposit 5 weeks later. This should be so starless a black hole is created."
"Just an absolute WASTE of time. Terrible at communication! THEY somehow got MY information and REACHED OUT TO ME. Had me fill out their paperwork, never saved ANY of my information into their system, filled the position, and never even bothered to try reaching out to me about it again. They apparently don’t know how to tell if they EVER have MORE THAN ONE position available at any of their locations!!! Also, for some reason, don’t seem to know how to handle their paperwork. I had to contact them several times just to find out that they didn’t save anything I filled out!!! I’ve worked with employment agencies before, and usually the database can be accessed by any agents in the company, but they don’t seem to know how to do that and keep clients information on file. So after I finished filling out all of their onboarding paperwork, someone just decided to cancel my information out of their system altogether, (failed communicating position filled) instead of just keeping my paperwork on file for other potential jobs they may ever have available. Which is how EVERY COMPETENT agency operates, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE?? They just don’t seem to know what they’re doing in general. There are FAR BETTER employment agencies out there, so don’t even bother wasting your time with this one."
