They claim no long contracts, but a trust-based approach. That sounded great, and I almost agreed to do business with them. But this is a huge red flag! That means: NO agreements, NO terms and conditions you can rely on, NO contract. This is a completely one-sided arrangement, completely to the customer's detriment."
