"So, unfortunately, I do not have a personal computer or printer. I'm currently trying for a work promotion/transfer. I worked up a couple nice cover letters, but since I'm just working from my phone, they were just emails. Not an actual Word document or PDF at all. Anyways, Annelise (an employee at this location) was beyond helpful in getting these cover letters printed for me. Absolutely amazing. To say she went 'above and beyond' is a gross understatement. Do keep in mind: Idid not make it easy on her. The 'cover letters' were really just nicely written and formatted emails. After sending Annelise email that had three different cover letters, she had to do the work of transferring everything to an actual Word document, and then she Continued to go the extra mile by formatting everything and separating the individual cover letters. She was so quick and efficient about it to! I swear, when I got there I thought I was going to be spending all day in the line that was practically going out the door. They were helping me less than 10 minutes later. I really feel bad for making her job so difficult; although, she made it look easy. And, with such a nice attitude the whole time! I really can't thank her enough, and she wouldn't accept a tip (although I tried). If anybody in management comes across this review, I want you to know you have an incredible employee here. Annelise is fast, kind, knowledgeable, problem-solving... I really can't say enough. May I suggest a hefty raise with a bonus check on top. In case that isn't possible, I hope she at least gets a little recognition to celebrate her personal excellence and contribution to her team. Oh, and the whole thing was about $2. And, while I was there I made other copies of stuff, not just those cover letters. Thank you ❤️"
"I was in a long line returning items. I left one item in my vehicle that was extremely heavy. It was physically impossible for me to bring all my items in at once. I asked Coda at the Saratoga Springs office if I had to stand in line again, when I went back for the heavy box. Coda offered to go out side and bring it in. I was so shocked that he was so willing to go out of his way to help me bring it in. I just want to say this young man went above and beyond to make my day a little easier. Thank you Coda."
"I visit this UPS location rather frequently, and each visit I’ve received excellent customer service. Even times there’s been a ling line, I’ve never had to wait very long. Love how efficiently they help customers while simultaneously providing friendly service, which I find to be quite uncommon these days."
"I shipped a package from this UPS Store using their one-day guaranteed delivery service. The employee clearly told me that if it was late, I would get a full refund. Unfortunately, my package was delivered four days late, and when I requested a refund, I only received part of the amount back. They kept the fuel surcharge and said it is not refundable. This was very misleading because I was promised a full refund at the store. If there are exceptions like fuel charges, the staff should be upfront about it at the time of purchase. If you just need to return your Amazon packages, this store is fine. But for mailing services or time-sensitive shipments, I recommend using FedEx or another provider—at least they’re more transparent with their policies. I spoke to the store manger Kaleb and senior employee Danny. Both refused to give a full refund. UPS claims one-day delivery has an 100% money-back guarantee if late, but that’s not true. They don’t refund the fuel surcharge, so the guarantee is misleading."
