"A company that has to rely on a terrible call center that, with slurred speech, repeats "Confindustria" (Italian industrial association) (five times) as if it were a magic word, can only be terrible. The call center (a denialist. What a shame!) will no longer be able to call from the same number, but I wonder who has these brilliant marketing ideas understands how much people hold it dear.
