"I use several virtual mailboxes in different states, and I had to close this one because of constant overcharging. Fees are tripled for no clear reason it feels like being ripped off on every transaction. **Update after the owner’s reply: That response is not accurate. I use the same company for all of my virtual mailboxes. If the owner wants the negative reviews to stop, honesty and transparency would be a good place to start."
"I’ve been using this PostNet location for notary services for years because it’s convenient on my way to work, and until recently, the fee was always $5 regardless of the number of signatures. Recently, I was surprised to learn after the fact that the fee had jumped to $20 per signature — with no warning or explanation. I understand the state allows flexibility in notary pricing (the staff claimed the state raised the price. That is not true. The state does not have a set price) but this sudden change without notifying customers feels like a very poor way to do business. I ended up paying $40 for two signatures. On top of that, the staff were not particularly courteous. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using this location, and I think anyone relying on clear communication and good service should be aware."
"I should have caught the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped me ship packages to Jamaica. Thank you! You put in extra effort and time to get things out. Jamaica needs the help and you jumped in to action. May God bless you. Matthew 25:40 please read it."
"Here’s an updated one-star review that incorporates your long-term experience: One Star Review: I’ve used PostNet at 6 Liberty Square for several years, and while I’ve stayed because it’s a hassle to move your mail, especially when you have multiple businesses, the service has been terrible from the start—and it’s only gotten worse. They charge outrageous fees, often 10-15 times more than regular postal rates, and regularly violate postal regulations. They hold your mail hostage, forcing you to pay ridiculous amounts just to get your items. Their systems constantly fail, and instead of owning up to their issues, they blame you. It’s frustrating beyond belief—if you’re considering using their services, save yourself the headache and avoid them entirely. Their digital systems do not work properly."
"Printing services deserve a 5, but I don't recommend their virtual mailbox as the best option for Boston. I'd give it a 1 or 2. First, they charge a $5 fee whenever you make an appointment to pick up your mail. And second, you can ONLY pick up your mail if it's by appointment. Third, I'm not the biggest fan of their customer service. Even today, when the store was empty, they could have easily grabbed my single envelope, although I placed my pickup for yesterday. Literally, two of them were working, a single envelope, and nobody else in the store, but I need to place another pickup order and come back tomorrow. I said, no problem, and thank you. I only heard crickets, no - you're welcome or anything as I walked out of the store. While walking to my vehicle, I placed a pickup appointment for tomorrow, Friday, which is New Year's Eve. Like an hour or two later, I get a notification saying they canceled my order since they aren't open on New Year's Eve or day. And they aren't open on Sundays either. I just placed my order for Monday, but to reiterate - an empty store, two employees, one envelope, and a $5 pickup charge every time you make an appointment. If you want good customer service and no crazy additional virtual mailbox pickup fees, I recommend 1 Washington Mall over this location."
