"Review of "Master Service Kharkiv" (Mercedes EQS): I waited in line for a week, arrived at the appointed time, and the specialists supposedly quickly looked at the car in a couple of hours. But, to be honest, no one listened to me. I explained in detail how the error occurs, showed them a video showing in what situations this error appears and how it then disappears. They simply ignored all my comments. In the end, they said that they could not fully understand and that the engine had to be removed. I told them: "Why remove the engine, if there is an error, then there is no error?" The answer was that, as they say, "we have such a situation, we cannot do otherwise." The receptionist did not listen to me at all, did not delve into the problem, was on his own. The impression is that they work only for money and do not want to deal with atypical cases. Now not only will I not go there myself, but I do not advise others either."
"I went to the service center again and was met by receptionist Maxim at Biologicheskaya 18. He explained everything to me in detail, and I decided to have the car repaired there. The main issue was a timing chain replacement. I arrived at the appointed time and dropped the car off. A short time later, Maxim told me about other, though somewhat minor, but also serious, problems I hadn't even suspected. They fixed all the issues they found, and resolved my main issue. It was unexpectedly expensive, but I understand there was a lot of work involved, including replacing parts. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend this service center."
"Never let your car be repaired at ; Master Service ; I went to repair the steering rack, replace the steering knuckles. They replaced the bearing and boots in the rack, it cost 32,000 UAH, and the steering knuckles refused, they said it was hard work and they wouldn't be able to change them. But they offered to change the brake discs and pads, which are half worn out, I don't understand what a scoundrel. Please contact the management - every day the same promises for two weeks."
