I paid for a cybersecurity course and received substandard materials, nonexistent tutors, and a paper with no official validity, sold as gold. They told me they were going to cancel the payments, and yet they still want to charge me, using threats and harassment from financial institutions. Don't fall for their scam."

La realidad fue completamente diferente: contenidos pobres, tutores ausentes y un sistema que no se parece en nada a lo que prometen en su discurso de ventas. A las pocas semanas de haber comenzado, mi vida dio un giro personal y económico que me obligó a dejar el curso. Avisé a la empresa, expliqué la situación y pedí cancelar las cuotas pendientes. No pedí que me devolvieran el dinero pagado, solo que no me cobraran por un servicio que no podía seguir recibiendo. La respuesta de Master D fue una negativa rotunda. Desde entonces, he sido acosada por llamadas constantes, amenazas de embargo, cartas certificadas y mensajes intimidatorios, tanto por parte de ellos como por entidades financieras con las que trabajan. Es indignante que una empresa que se presenta como institución educativa utilice este tipo de prácticas. En lugar de ofrecer soluciones humanas o comprensión, activan una máquina de presión psicológica para exprimir a la gente, aún sabiendo que no puede continuar. Estoy recogiendo toda la documentación necesaria y he iniciado procesos de reclamación ante la OCU y organismos de consumo, por incumplimiento del servicio, falta de ética profesional y acoso sistemático. Si estás pensando en estudiar con Master D, por favor, infórmate bien antes y busca opiniones reales. Ojalá esta reseña evite que más personas pasen por lo que estoy viviendo."
