"I needed a UHaul van today and made a reservation, but needed to reserve it for my move at a later time. These people were accommodating enough to hold my vehicle instead of just giving it away. This makes a difference. They also reassured me that there is plenty of street parking to leave my vehicle while I move. I have rented from UHaul brand specific locations before. Last time one of these company locations did give away my vehicle even though my app said it was still reserved. They did not even send a text to confirm and told me there is no guarantee and they could just give it away to the next person. Many of these UHaul brand places also do not let you leave your vehicle and street parking may not be a available. I went into panic when UHaul made things so inconvenient. Moves are stressful! At least Ship It gave me the flexibility I needed which I can be grateful for after these kinds of experiences."
"Our company had a very poor experience with ShipItB2C on Venice Boulevard. When we contacted them to inquire about retrieving business mail, we were met with rudeness and unprofessional conduct. Instead of receiving assistance, the staff responded with hostility and dismissiveness. What was most concerning is that the staff even yelled at UPS representatives during the interaction. Such behavior reflects poorly not only on ShipItB2C, but also on UPS for continuing to allow them to operate as an affiliate. If UPS cares about their image they’ll part ways with this affiliate. We rely on professionalism and reliability when choosing mail-handling partners, and unfortunately this location failed to meet even basic standards."
"Would give zero stars if I could. The level of rudeness and unprofessional conduct I have experienced here is the worst I’ve seen in a customer service capacity. The man who I believe owns this place is so hostile and unnecessarily mean. There is one other worker I’ve seen there who that is absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful. But the majority of the time it is the other guy who I have never once had a positive experience with. Would avoid doing business with him. Also, they don’t abide by their business hours. Several times I have come to pick up my mail and they have been closed or away from the desk even though their sign and online hours say they are open."
"Stay away from this dude. Was very unpleasant to interact with and then double charged me what my quote was. I called to ask about the charges and he simply started yelling at me and then hung up on me. I'm contesting these charges and I advise you to stay far, far away from him."
"Let it be known that If I had the option to just put a review and NOT a single star I would, seeing all these mixed reviews about this business I decided to try them out , I made that 1 phone call quickly I said to myself Noooooope this is not a place I would ever step foot in nor recommend I was treated horribly I mean the fact of getting yelled at over the phone for asking a general question was enough I mean how do they sleep at night how do they get by in life with that attitude I’m telling you this place is a minus 0 star if that was a thing !!!!!! And for clarification for the Owners that give information a UPS ACCESS POINT is not only for local residents it’s for everyone to have access to to their packages when they are not home !"
