"Delivered some items to a resident living at this condo on 30.10.24. Not really a clean place, especially the mamak restaurants at the Ground floor. Place looked a bit rundown. Elevators well maintained, security guards were polite & friendly. There was one Chinese lady wearing glasses waiting at lobby area, she had damn long & thick armpit hair. ❤️"

"Putra Majestik is a beautifully designed and a unique development located in Jalan Kasipillay, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. The construction of this project was done by a famous development company known as the BioFord Development and the development of this project was completed in the year 2008. It is considered to be a great addition in the Kuala Lumpur property. The property is going to boom in the future, making it ideal from an investment perspective. Putra Majestik is indeed a great place to live in. The development offers many great facilities and features that the residents of many new developments only dream of having. The residents of the development can enjoy a salon and business centre facility in the development. There is a mini market in the development from where the residents can shop for their daily groceries without leaving the development. Oriental themed landscaping is also present in the development. There is a lovely barbecue area and a café in the development where the residents can spend some unforgettable time with their family and friends. The development company also took care of children’s need and has developed a lovely children’s playground in the development where the children can enjoy while remaining in the development and without worrying the parents."
