"⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Gerard has been extremely disappointing. His mismanagement directly resulted in losses for my business, as he did not perform even the most basic audit or research into my products, my margins, or overall strategy. His response shows no clear reply to this just bangs on about emails I sent him, which I wouldn't have had to send had his communication been clear from the outset!! Also he says that a termination upset me, this was not at all the case at all I am glad I left this useless man! The clear facts Gerard was that you couldn't do the job you were hired for and we then fired you! He lacked basic understanding of different campaign types and strategy and instead of providing proper account management, he neglected critical details and failed to deliver any meaningful value. So much was missed and his whole attitude was so lazy! I have very clear proof of what was missed and the new people hired are willing to show this, but unable to attach to a simple review. 38 pages in fact of stuff Gerard missed!!!! When I questioned him on this he refused to provide any evidence he had done any of these things! In fact I know Gerard loves to talk about emails, I sent him many emails repeating myself asked if he could provide evidence and he couldn't even provide an answer, ignored the lot!!! I expected a knowledgeable professional, but what I received was careless handling that cost me time, money and stress. He is an awful google ads person and I would not recommend this service to anyone! You can do much better than him! In response to the below lies by Gerard I would like to say that he STILL has not provided any evidence of what he supposedly did on my account and I think its funny he directs people to a few out of context Trustpilot reviews of my business and clearly has ignored our thousands of 5 star google reviews and endorsements by ITV and other large retailers! I will direct you to Gerard's business accounts! They make interesting reading!!! He is the worst person I have ever dealt with and a disgrace to the industry he is in! The fact he cannot supply ANY evidence of the things I have outlined rings alarm bells and you should be focused on this!!!! Also I would like to point out since moving to another agent they have taken my account from the awful 190 ROAS Gerard was achieving to a 296% ROAS in just 3 weeks!!! Gerard achieved no where near this in 7 weeks!!! The campaign types Gerard was missing show his knowledge is lacking! I would seriously consider your position before hiring this con man! If you need evidence contact me directly happy to supply the huge gaps in his work."
