It is constructed to the highest quality and safety and offers a lot of services for its residents including three swimming (women, families and children) pools and separate spa and Gym for men and women which includes steam, Jacuzzi and all kinds of exercise equipment and playground for children. On the ground floor of this project are a lot of shops and also walking distance there are a lot of shops and a mosque and many other facilities"

"Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. The management here is beyond terrible—utterly incompetent and indifferent. Think a thousand times before even considering moving here. They take no responsibility for anything and show complete disregard for tenants and apartment owners. If you face any issues, their standard response is, "Take us to court." That’s their solution to everything—no accountability, no action, just arrogance. This management is a disgrace and needs to be replaced immediately. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away."

"i will describe this place as its buildings and location and views.. very impressed with the view on the floor 30 really nice i share some now also.. and the building is very new nearly 2 year old with fast 3 elevators inside of each building.. room are quite large each room has its windows and view. . full hearing electic system .. some rooms have american kitchen some of them not. the green areas are small ones thats not good for me.. and it still lot of work the project haven't 100% finished yet"

"Worst company ever All the five star review are fake or have been paid or probably management themselves 😅😅 Please keep reading below is the full account: Management is soo rude. Maintance dont do anything. I whats apped them to get maintance support. Instead he was flirting with me and requesting to follow me on instagram and asking very personal questions which had nothing to do with the work and once I told him to stop he immediately become rude and unresponsive. He is the supervisor so when work gets done it has to go through him. He discouraged others from doing there job. The Management are extremely rude and have no people or customer service skills. My home and still awaiting technicians support. The washing basin in the bathroom moves, the key in my room is missing, my mums radiator doesnt work. Maintenance came 4 times and did nothing just looked at the radiator and said tomorrow. They dont do anything they just want you to give them money and then theyll do there job. Strictly commercial. Worst company ever. Do not recommend at all. Dont waste your money I wish I could add photos and videos but the limited was 5 photos"
