"I brought in my package. It was already boxed and labeled. I was just short some packing peanuts - which they provided and sealed the package. Then when I tried to pay I was waved away. So now I’ll be driving out of my way to buy all my packing supplies here. What a lovely way to treat customers!"

"They've LOST ANOTHER PACKAGE at the Postal Annex run by Sadik M., and they had the audacity to blame it on me. After being a customer for over five years, I expected better service. Recently, Sadik and her team placed a slip in my P.O. box indicating that I needed to pick something up. They told me there was a UPS drop-off for me and even remembered seeing the package, yet somehow they can’t find it. Their response? They accused me of not picking it up and suggested that someone else must have taken it. I attempted to get a refund after having just paid the yearly fee again last month. They kept me on hold for ten minutes only to come back and say that Corporate wouldn't allow them to refund my mailbox fee, nor could they close the account. Sadik changed their mind a few times about it, I doubt she ends up refunding me though. I was stuck on the phone with them for hours. By the end of the conversation she told me she is going to re-key my POBox. No thirty days notice. I'm not sure if this is another lie or not, going to find out I guess. Do I need a lawyer? They insisted they would review their camera footage to find out who took my mail. They called back to tell me that I had the package size wrong. Honestly, I don’t care what size the package was delivered in; I just want my parcel! Despite seeing when the UPS driver dropped off my mail and being able to identify the package, they could not tell me who they handed it over to. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue. When they get caught losing your items, they resort to gaslighting you about it. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone."
