"It's very sad that the infrastructure of this landmark business building in Bogotá was overshadowed by the appalling attitude of the security guard on duty on January 2, 2026, at 4:51 pm. I went to pick up my daughter, who works at one of the companies located in the building, and asked to use the visitor restroom. She rudely replied that "they didn't have one." Clearly, every office building has visitor restrooms in the lobby. It's a universal design standard for this type of building. I will share my experience to help others avoid similar mistreatment."
"The security guard at reception is rude and has a very poor attitude. He is unhelpful, offers no assistance, and is hostile to basic questions like, "How can I contact this company?" or "Could you let them know I'm waiting for the person in charge?""
