"I very rarely, if ever, write negative reviews, but in this case I wish someone had warned me. As a newly started business owner, I brought in Mediakonsulterna for help with advertising on Meta and Google Ads. Before I signed the agreement, I was very clear in explaining that I have a target group that is difficult to advertise and that I myself lacked the knowledge. Despite that, my experience is that the ads were just allowed to roll without any real follow-up, analysis or commitment. I highlighted on several occasions that I was not getting any conversions, but was met with the fact that the numbers "looked good". In retrospect, however, it was discovered that they had advertised to completely the wrong target. They did charge for a new ad, which I appreciate, but it does not change the overall picture of a collaboration that was characterized by weak dialogue and a lack of commitment and lack of responsibility. For me, this was a hard-earned lesson. To clarify: The new campaign did not generate a single lead. The follow-up came at my request and consisted of a numerical report and suggestions for changes to the landing page."
