Nurse Kukshina Nina immediately started rude jokes as soon as she entered the office. I quote: “What are you doing here? Well, together - you lie down next to each other. What are you afraid of - such an adult woman should walk alone. Are you married? And when you have children, mother will also sit next to you?” And many similar things. After the last comment, I decided not to carry out the procedure. Another staff member immediately appeared, who noted that this is such a person and it is impossible to fire her. I am very curious about what kind of lady she is, who allows herself such a rude attitude towards a client and it is impossible to fire her. I have not received any response from the clinic yet. I absolutely do not advise coming here. I also had a consultation in another branch, the doctors behave similarly. The attitude is like in a polyclinic in Soviet times."

"The only good thing here is good marketing, 10 out of 10, and everything else is a complete horror. Starting from the reception, where there will be a bunch of strangers in the office, they will come and go while you are in the chair. Then, without your consent, they will collect a bunch of unnecessary tests for a fairly large amount. Personally, they were ready to do an operation for me on the same day (evening, I am from another city, at the reception alone, which the doctor was informed about), I called right away and asked to prepare the operating room, the cost of the operation is about 30 thousand. They also voiced a lot of diagnoses and the worst forecasts to me, which in the other 3 clinics they denied and assured that I did not need any operations! The only desire was to escape as soon as possible, which I did.. but that's not all. Then they will start calling you and very insistently trying to convince you to come again, first the administration, then the doctor's assistant, the doctor herself quite aggressively, and only after these 7 circles of hell will they leave you alone. Your nerves, time and money are wasted, and the examination with a bunch of people also leaves you feeling humiliated."
