"I never been there but following the reviews I can say to those clients dear folks you’re not even happy with bpost or Mondial relay’s Outlet which is operating directly by them , because you didn’t get how you wanted so it’s obvious you can’t be happy with their partner. You should be thankful to these Corner Shops that’s save you à lots of time . "BE CAREFUL. Stolen/lost package. The person in charge received the package in his hands but never scanned and gave to the carriers. So there’s only 2 options: stole it or lost it. Do not use this place for parcels!! I’m not the first one to encounter this problem!"

"DO NOT GO THERE TO RETURN YOUR MONDIAL RELAY PARCELS! They have a bad attitude and very poor customer service skills. They don’t want to print the return label even though the email from Mondial Relay say the label will be printed at the return location and on top of that they are quite mean about it."
