"Never had an issue previously with my insurance never paying. It’s the third of the month and I’ve been away all weekend haven’t gotten on to pay my bills. They cancelled my appointment because my insurance premium has not reflected as paid yet. Never been an issue before as my insurance is active regardless. Not to mention after correcting the guy multiple times on my first name he continued to mispronounce it. States no appointment if he won’t get paid. My out of pocket maximum is paid they don’t even need to collect anything from me either! I don’t have any copays. Edit: i spoke again to the manager Vicky and Hailey. Both of whom were continuously rude. I stated to Vicky that the way her employee spoke to me especially coming from a Behavioral Health Clinic was inexcusable and she stated she saw no wrong in it, and will deal with it how she sees fit. You could hear them talking to each other in the background quietly. People like that should not work in this industry especially with mentally delicate people. When asked how i can file a complaint about her she stated there was no one else and snickered. I hope the CEO for their sake gets better employees. Their providers are phenomenal but their staff needs some serious training, and help in the customer service department."
