"We lived at Saratoga Ridge for three years. We were excellent tenants—rent was paid on time and often before it was due, we caused no problems, and we thoroughly cleaned our apartment before moving out. Despite all of that, Saratoga Ridge is now attempting to send us to collections and threaten our credit over fraudulent charges. During our tenancy, our roof leaked three separate times. These leaks were reported, documented, and “repaired” by maintenance—mostly by patching and painting over the damage, not fixing the actual problem. The leaks damaged our walls, affected the aesthetic of our home, and even ruined furniture. Management did not take these issues seriously while we lived there. Now, after move-out, they are trying to charge us for damage caused by their own maintenance failures. We also reported multiple issues in the unit that were never properly addressed, often blamed on a lack of maintenance staff. When maintenance did show up, the work was rushed, incomplete, or careless. Yet somehow, Saratoga Ridge believes tenants should be financially responsible for problems that were repeatedly reported and ignored. Saratoga Ridge puts on a good front. They offer “deals,” host tenant events, and do giveaways that make it seem like they care. In hindsight, it feels like a charade. They get their money back in the end by nickel-and-diming former tenants with questionable and unsupported charges, hoping people won’t fight back. I’m not mad because I was a bad tenant—I wasn’t. I’m mad at myself for not reading reviews like this sooner and thinking our experience would be different. It wasn’t. If you’re considering Saratoga Ridge, don’t make the same mistake. Choose a place that actually values its tenants, takes maintenance seriously, and doesn’t try to damage your credit after you leave. Saratoga Ridge may look good on paper, but when it matters most, they will treat you like you’re disposable. Choose better. Trust me."

"Finally, after living here for a year, I can say that my impression and standards have not changed. This is yet still a beautiful apartment complex that I plan to renew my lease in. I have not had a single issue with living in my apartment. All of my utilities and appliances still work. My washer and dryer is still in good condition, as well as my dishwasher. And I have not had a single roach in my apartment. Or any bugs. I am a usually a clean person and I like to keep my space open, and I’ve never had an issue with seeing any bugs of any kind. The only issue I had was my AC breaking down, but it’s Arizona it’s to be expected. And I had maintenance come in literally the next morning to assist me with fixing it. They were even kind enough to call a third-party to replace my whole entire AC unit. Maintenance themselves are very respectful and any issue that I have called about. They have arrived within 5 to 10 minutes or within that day. The front desk is a little bit harder to reach for answers, but I do understand that they can be busy sometimes, but regardless, they are respectful and help assist me when I need it. The community is still beautiful and I love coming out every day and smelling fresh cut grass and smelling the trees around me. I love going to the gym every other day and it’s well cleaned and kept neatly. As well as their marketplace where they have amazing staff. The neighbors I have specifically are very quiet and keep to themselves so I never have an issue with any disturbances. Now, as I say this, I am an actual resident that lives here. Nothing that I am saying about my experience is false or forced. And apologies to those who clearly had their own problems with their unit. You guys are dirty and you don’t clean up after yourself and that’s why you have roaches and bugs and stuff falling around in your apartment because you’re mistreating it simple as that. If you don’t like where you are living, stop complaining, and throwing a tantrum at your big age and move away. It truly is a beautiful community if it is treated right and the staff is amazing if you are respectful back."

"for such a large community it is a very well-rounded neighborhood with great amenities and lovely neighbors. My leasing manager Irene was incredible! she was very informative and cooperative and helpful when it came to the process of stress-free move. no sooner did I leave one residence I felt at home in my new one Irene deserves the most appreciation for everything she did in helping us settle in. she even made sure we got close to the dog park Where my best friend loves to spend most of his time"

"For anyone who got towed last night or can’t find their car this morning — it’s at Kwik Tow. There’s road work being done in the complex. We were notified about that part, but the only “guidance” given was not to park in the blocked-off areas. I got home around 11 PM, and by that time, there was absolutely no parking available anywhere. The only options were the fire lanes or parking outside the complex. However, this area has a larger homeless population, and I didn’t feel safe walking back that late at night. Plus, Fry’s parking lot is private property, and they can tow for overnight parking, so that didn’t feel like a safe or valid option either. With no clear communication or alternatives provided, about 20–30 of us ended up getting towed for parking in fire lanes — which we only did because there were literally no other options. This was handled very poorly and left a lot of residents feeling unsafe, frustrated, and stranded."
