"1 star because there's no 0, but they deserve -0. I signed a contract with them, bought a basic package, created a website, and managed social media for a year. I had one post a month, which I then had to send myself and they would publish. The website was created and useless, with no real clients. They promised me very high percentages, and I haven't seen a single client in 20 months of collaboration. The last installment ends in November, as per the package. I was always in contact with them, and I wasn't told I had to cancel 90 days in advance. Since they didn't leave the contract with me after signing it because the representative had to bring it to the office, and they never sent it to me, I couldn't read this clause. So, now, starting in January, they're demanding a new contract renewal according to their clause and to resume payments even though no one is working for me. Having said all this, you can see for yourself what a serious company this could be. The workers are incompetent at social media, and they haven't had any ideas for collaboration in 20 months. Promised results not received and so now we're taking legal action because they are being given a free pass for having put the clause in lowercase and without giving me the contract and I am forced to pay against my will."
