"First we hired Mild for SEO and a couple of months later we also got involved with Google Ads. We had built a working concept in Google Ads ourselves that generated very good ROI but wanted to switch up the concept. After six months with Mild, they had managed to halve our sales via Google Ads and at the same time increase the costs by about 3000%!! They had put an ignorant person on our account and at the half-yearly meeting they changed the Ads manager for our account who for 3 months would first and foremost try to “repair” the damage they had caused. They didn’t even manage to get us back to the starting position and we have now of course terminated the Ads management. For the time being, we are letting them handle the SEO side so that they have an opportunity to redeem themselves through it. We suspect that they have only maximized their own return on Google Ads (when media agencies receive a kickback from Google on funds spent) and therefore opened the money taps to the maximum for us and didn’t really care about the performance/return on our part. Regarding SEO, after the holidays we will evaluate the past year by comparing data from Google Analytics with our saved historical data to draw conclusions about how they managed/developed this."
