You can tell a lot of pride goes into keeping this community looking and feeling great. The maintenance team has been nothing but kind and helpful. Andrew in particular is always so friendly and quick to help, and every maintenance guy I’ve interacted with has been great. Adrian throws amazing resident events. Truly 10/10 every single time. He’s always welcoming, positive, and makes the community feel fun and connected. Chris is also extremely helpful and really holds it down. You can tell he cares about what he does and does an amazing job across the board. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I’m grateful for the time I’ve spent here"

"This place doesnt care about its residents. Red mazda car alarm has been going off thru out the middle of the night for weeks and no one does anything about it.. and if this isnt a residents car then tow it.. you need buzzed in to enter parking garage and im sure yall have cameras..you just dont care to.solve the issue... you claim they said its a weather issue which isnt true cause this has been going on for 6 months plus and the weather is mild right now"

"The Foundry Line is an excellent property. The building management (Troy and Nancy) are kind, friendly, and responsive. The leasing team (Naya and Chris) are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The events coordinator (Adrian) puts together engaging events for all of the residents. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Safety is always important; and the security of the building is unmatched in other buildings. Overall a great place to live, work, and play."

"This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. There are so many things to love about it, but what I loved the most was the STAFF. Foundryline has the friendliest, kindest, and most helpful staff!! Management staff (shoutout to Chris!!), security, and maintenance were absolutely wonderful and so helpful with anything you might need. They go above and beyond for their tenants. Great people. Beyond that, my studio unit was beautiful and I never had any major maintenance issues. Any problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. I loved the easy access to the RTD, which I regularly took to work downtown and the airport. Amenities are top notch. Views and location are excellent. Other community members are friendly and respectful. I will seriously miss Foundryline! I am moving states for work, otherwise they’d never be able to get rid of me hehe. Thank you for everything "
