The world famous speakers were so informative and inspiring. I left feeling nourished and motivated for health and wellness and have been counting down the days untill the next event! If you are thinking about checking out this event I highly suggest you go. It is free to attend and you have nothing to lose only gain. To top it all off, they are a 100% legitimate non-profit and this year I heard they are raising money for a very noble cause. I was told Their goal is to provide healthy, plant based nutrition plans for over 400 underprivileged and obese children in the public school systems. This is a ripple effect which is causing real change in the world. I support their cause 100%! You can't beat it! There is delicious foods, presenters on spiritual awareness, fun activities for all ages, world famous speakers, yoga and exercise demos, and more! I was so impressed with the last event I will definitely be going every year! MindBody Expo is truly a blessing."
