"Avoid at all costs! They will change the limo to a packed regular car with 5 seats, 5 adults, 2 kids and full back with luggage for the final 30+ minutes of your drive to Hanoi! When you will refuse to sit on a lap of complete stranger and his kid, they will promise a new car, only for you to take a taxi yourself after 30 minutes of waiting. After 30 minutes of diecussion, calls and messages they refunded half of what I paid for taxi. Terrible service and borderline scam!"
"Initial trip on the bus was fine, slow waiting time to transfer to your actual destination. Took 2 hours longer than it should have and almost missed my flight because they sent me in the wrong direction. Had to pay for a second transport just to make it to the airport on time. Also accept zero accountability. AVOID"
"Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We booked through 12Go. We arrived at the meeting point and were then brought into a poorly air-conditioned room where they made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation. When we finally boarded the bus, they forced me to go to the back because we supposedly only had one VIP seat per reservation (even though we paid for two VIP tickets). I refused so I could stay next to my husband, and they tried to intimidate me into moving to the back. I stood my ground and we eventually departed. After talking with other passengers, we found out we had paid the highest price on the bus, so we absolutely deserved our seats. I do not recommend this service."
"Worst experience ever in Vietnam. AVOID BOOKING WITH THEM. They make the longest journey just to pick up more and more tourists, making a 3h journey from Pu Luong to Tam Coc more than 5h. They deserve 0 stars"
