"Hello. I was hosted at NH Caltagirone ( Sicily) at last September 11. I have forgotten my Kispo the there . I asked to send me, I would pay all expenses in destiny ( Portugal). The front office said me that would be impossible because that wasn't her function. I don't understand this behaviour. I think that in a great company like yours, this can't happen. Please try a solution, I live in Portugal and I want my kispo. Best regards Sergio Branco Portugal"
"I logged in as a registered user, and the price offered to me for the same day and hotel was higher than the price offered to my wife, who isn't registered. This isn't the first time this has happened."
"Hello to whoever reads this. I recently stayed at the Gran Hotel NH in Zaragoza, and I had a very unpleasant experience there, which I hope will never happen to any other guest. On the morning of Sunday, July 28, 2024, I arrived for breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and after giving our room number, we went in. I had my bag with all my documents and other belongings slung over my shoulder. I helped myself to breakfast from the buffet with my bag still on my shoulder, until I sat down at the table with my husband to eat. When I got up from the table, I realized that my bag, which I hadn't lost sight of at any point, was no longer on the back of my chair. We immediately told the restaurant staff, and it took about 20 minutes before anyone came to check the hotel's security cameras. After reviewing the security camera footage from 30 minutes before we entered the breakfast restaurant, a man wearing a cap and carrying a backpack, who wasn't a hotel guest, entered and strolled around the restaurant, seemingly looking for someone he could steal. He tried but didn't succeed. However, when I entered, he caught me with my purse. As I sat down to eat breakfast with my purse on the back of my chair, the hotel's security cameras clearly show him taking it, putting it in his backpack, and calmly leaving the way he came in. Naturally, there's a police report, and all that entails. Well, when I checked out of the hotel, they didn't offer any assistance; they even charged me for the water and chocolate bar from the minibar. This is unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber, especially since the hotel should be held responsible for these events that occurred on their premises without any security. This is my experience, and I want to share it. If you go to this hotel in Zaragoza, don't bring anything for breakfast, or you'll have an unpleasant experience like I did, and all you'll get is "Here's your bill, sorry." UNFORGIVABLE"
"I purchased four breakfast vouchers from the NH Hotel in Berlin, valid for breakfast at any hotel in Europe for two people per voucher! When I arrived with my family for breakfast, we were suddenly told that the vouchers were invalid, even though they were still valid for two weeks before the expiration date printed on them, and as I said, they were issued by the NH Hotel itself! We were all left high and dry and expected to pay for breakfast! Nearly €275 for eight adults and six small children! The way they treat their guests is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable! We were lied to and cheated from the very beginning and ended up having to pay for breakfast twice! Is this some kind of new way to rip off guests??? I have filed several complaints with management and requested an explanation, but so far without success! Since this has been going on for a long time, I unfortunately have no other option at the moment and am now forced to file a criminal complaint for fraud with the police! Afterwards, I will forward everything to my lawyer so he can look into the matter and potentially pursue claims for damages! In my opinion, such criminal and corrupt acts should be stopped and reported immediately!"
"How is it possible that in the year 2024 your website is not optimized for Explorer?"
