"I am extremely disappointed with Mitchell1’s customer service and billing practices. I was charged month after month for services that were never delivered. I never received the software, never received training, and never received any usable product at all. Despite this, my account continued to be charged. What makes this worse is that I have repeatedly contacted multiple departments — customer service, accounting, marketing, and training — clearly stating that everything was canceled and that no services were ever provided. Each time, I was told it would be handled, yet the charges continued anyway. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like negligence or complete internal disorganization. A company that continues charging after cancellation notices, and after acknowledging the issue multiple times, shows a serious lack of respect for its customers. If you are considering Mitchell1, be very cautious. Watch your billing closely, because stopping charges once they start appears to be far harder than it should be."
"Was a customer for 13 years without a gripe. Decide to make a change and now its collection calls over them making billing mistakes back in summer of 2025 and still won't stop billing me for my full Teamworks package that I cancelled two months ago. Would not ever recommend them to another shop owner. Impossible to talk to someone on the phone that can help you out or correct anything, and that's if you get someone to pickup. Typically I give up after a 30 minute hold."
"Martin provided great service. Was debating on going with All Data, Identifix, or Pro Demand for my mobile auto services and went with Pro Demand because of his service. He’s up early, receiving emails from him from 6am (Vancouver time) so can get things over with, and he replies to your emails within 5mins. He called me right at the appointed time. Amazing. Whereas the other two has been taking days or not even hear from them. Just because of that, i trust that he will be there when i need things sorted out. Thanks to Martin and who ever was involved. Initially, they assured me that I could cancel my subscription whenever I wanted, and they even offered me a free month to try it out. I decided to cancel one week before the renewal date because the service was consistently slow and unreliable. After canceling, I was told that my account was completely closed and that I wouldn’t be charged again. However, much to my dismay, they continued to withdraw money from my account! I've reached out multiple times, but they keep putting me off, suggesting I wait another week for a resolution. It’s incredibly disheartening that they can’t even refund me $500—this really highlights how poorly this company is managing its operations. It’s a clear sign of their shortcomings, and it’s leaving me feeling quite frustrated."
