"Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Kotak Mahindra Bank branch. I visited today with a specific problem and approached the 'May I Help You' desk, expecting some assistance. To my shock, the lady sitting there completely ignored me. Even after trying to initiate a conversation, she wasn't even ready to listen to my query, let alone provide a solution. It is highly ironic and frustrating that someone assigned to a 'Help Desk' refuses to even acknowledge a customer's presence. This kind of unprofessional behavior and zero respect for a customer's time is unacceptable. I hope the branch management takes strict notice of this and trains their staff on basic hospitality and service ethics."
"Very prompt service from staff, i had an issue with credit card delivery as my number is wrongly updated in credit card and otps are going to that number. customer care people are not even bothered when contacted. I visited miyapur branch for the same and Mrs Lalitha assisted me very well , she immediately contacted bank's internal team through mail and assured me that my card will be delivered in 1-2 days."
"Iam extremely disappointed with the service at Kotak Mahindra Bank. For the past 15 days, I have been trying to unfreeze and close my account and transfer my funds to my HDFC Bank account. I visited the branch in person with my passbook and submitted all required documents. After returning home, the staff called me saying the passbook copy was not clear. I immediately sent a clearer copy via WhatsApp, and the employee confirmed it was accepted. Later, I received another call saying the document was still not clear, and I had to send it again. This process has repeated multiple times, and despite my cooperation, there has been no progress. Every time I am told it will take one more week, and there is no proper communication or accountability. This experience has been very stressful and frustrating. I feel there is no proper system to handle account closure and fund transfers efficiently. I do not recommend this bank for anyone who values reliable service and clear communication."
"Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I went to foreclose my loan, but no one bothered to respond properly. The staff simply said the concerned employee was on leave and showed no interest in helping or giving any solution. This is not the kind of attitude expected from a bank — customers shouldn’t be made to wait or pushed around because of poor management. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience!"
