If I really compare the processes, i.e. cooperation with MODERN WEBSITES and the previous supplier, a non-company from Bardejov with a green logo, the difference is simply incredible and I find it strange that such opposites still exist. The previous supplier was unable to deliver a functional e-shop to us for a year (after a lost year of life and finances, we terminated the contract with them) and honestly caused us a considerable amount of traumatic experiences, unprofessionalism, financial damage and disappointment. Patrik Majeský from MODERN WEB STRANKA and his team showed us, on the contrary, that things can be done differently! Professionalism and a sincere effort to help quickly got us out of an unpleasant situation after the experience with the previous developer. We did not sign any lengthy contract with Patrik, everything was literally done on the fly based on fair agreements - and I jumped into it even without a personal meeting (Otherwise, we have not physically met to this day :-)). The entire process of developing the e-shop was fast, clear and, above all, functional. There were difficult, sad and happy moments, but it was all about mutual communication and harmony. MODERNEWEBSTRANKY built our e-shop on the Magento 2 platform in 3-4 months – something that the previous supplier was not able to do. In addition, they integrated automated order import, stock levels, status updates into the Pohoda system, set up automatic content generation, configured ElasticSearch from Amasty to search according to our wishes. Everything worked reliably, without excuses. I especially have to highlight the moments when the previous supplier claimed that it was not possible to add filtering by manufacturer in the ElasticSearch module search – Patrik solved it in one minute during a phone call. Or after a year of testing, products disappeared from our cart... This is exactly the approach that distinguishes an expert from a "trial and error" company that pretends to be a jam in the pantry, a whole babjak or rather a babrak with its team. With MODERNEWEBSTRANKY, we received not only a high-quality technical solution, but also the certainty that we are in good hands. I want to thank Patrik Majeský and his entire MODERNEWEBSTRANKY team with all my heart. Their approach was always human, fair, friendly and extremely professional. I have never heard an answer like "it's not possible, it's not possible, etc.", and they proved to us that even seemingly unsolvable problems can be solved.
