"First of all, I find it very unethical of the company to have 5-star reviews from its own employees. It's a very unethical way to manipulate their own ratings; good work should be what gets the rating. If we use reviews like Alba Cabuchola and Belen Gimeno's, leaving 5 stars, when I myself have emails from these people who are employees of Morgan Media... that's a bad sign. Personally, I hired this company's services after they touted their advantages over the competition I had previously used. Once I signed up, they simply disappeared, and 16 days later I sent an angry email telling them I wouldn't be renewing because they literally brought me zero leads with a photo that could easily be edited in Canva. Later, they gave me a document with leads, which turned out to be people who clicked by mistake and know nothing about what I'm talking about... Personally, I feel scammed and expect responsible action from the company, either by refunding the money I invested in zero results or by providing a new service at the company's expense until they demonstrate a valid outcome. I hire a marketing company to be free from the hassle, not to be constantly worried..."
