"This place is so quiet and friendly. The office staff is wonderful. I've been here about a year now. I have no real complaints. The office is very good at keeping the tenants informed of all the things going on around the complex. I love that they do community events as well. I honestly have recommended this place to some folks. I told them at the very least this area. I know it's further away from in town that we (my friends) are all used too, but the shops around here have everything I need. So I don't notice it really at all. The view is AMAZING! This is where I feel like I have elevated my life. With washer and dryer in my apartment and a view like the photo, I plan to stay here a few years till I can eventually afford a house."
"I have a lot of love for this apartment complex. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well as accommodating. The apartments are nice and maintenance manages things well. My only complaint (as a night shift nurse) is how early the leaf blowers start 😭 besides that it’s a lovely place."
"Way better than the old apartments we lived at. I dont even know where to start. The staff have always been on top of any assistance we may need. Or any troubkes we may have. The grounds are always cleaned. Same for the pools, the plants trimmed. And maintenance is on top of everything. Even the community here is nice, if you are looking for a place to stay that will hear you out, and take care of you. Bear Canyon is a very good start in my book."
"Ive been living in Bear Canyon going on 3 years now, i have only positives to say about the complex as a whole. The maintenance crew is incredible with most repairs/replacements taking place the same day with no hassle at all. The ladies in the front office are also always amazing to interact with and never make you feel like a bother, and its a high trust and lovely community, wouldnt want to live anywhere else in the city!"
"Bear Canyon is an amazing place to live! From the application to now, the entire experience has been very positive. Nicole, Jeanette, Phil, and Ryan (and the entire maintenance team) have been extremely helpful, professional, and communicative. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-managed! The entire complex is also very safe with gates that are closed every night and during time on the weekends as well. Also, anytime there have been maintenance issues, the problem has been fixed quickly and well! Honestly, I couldn’t recommend the complex more! The beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains are an added bonus and it’s a very quiet, safe area to live in Tucson."
