"I visited this practice half a dozen times in 2025 as a patient of Dr. Todd Perkins for wart treatment. After multiple unsuccessful cryotherapy attempts, Dr. Perkins performed two laser procedures, which were effective—though I’m still monitoring the results and hoping that the wart is gone for good. The practice appears busy and well-regarded, but needs improvement with front desk services. The front desk staff is consistently discourteous, leaving patients feeling ignored. The final incident was the breaking point: after arriving a few minutes late for the first time, I waited over half an hour. When I inquired, a staff member loudly blamed my tardiness for the delay and suggested I reschedule in the middle of my workday. To his credit, Dr. Perkins acknowledged the issue and performed a complimentary procedure. The competent medical treatment provided but the practice’s administrative operations need substantial improvement, which is also noted in other Google reviews."
