"Terrible service. My robot vacuum cleaner was returned after warranty repairs without its brush roller and retainer. I only discovered this when I got home. They sent me someone else's brush roller with hairs in it by new mail – the brush roller was in terrible condition, definitely in need of replacement. Mine was practically new. After two weeks of calling this company almost daily, where everyone recognized me by my voice, I finally received my brush roller and retainer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!"
"Tin. I do not recommend it, the battery in my watch burst, I handed it in under warranty, and they wrote without even taking it apart that water got in there, even though it is IP67 waterproof. They also left scratches on the screen. Now I am looking for an independent service center to sue them."
"This is the first time I've seen a service center refuse service without any diagnostics, based on some stupid remote assumptions. A clear attempt to shirk warranty obligations. Well, we still have consumer protection. Powergear 1500xl. It turns out, according to the service manager, the reason was that they were pushing too hard. It's just not clear where."
"They accepted a robot that did not build a map. They keep it for 20 days and do not return it. No problems were found in the work, the robot is under warranty. For checking a working device under warranty, they ask for 700 UAH. Without warning!"
