"Ukrposhta's service is the worst imaginable! I send international parcels, mostly to the US, and I'm faced with a complete lack of basic service. I pay an average of 1,200 UAH per shipment, but no one seems to care. Over the past two months, I've encountered the same problem seven times: the computer at the post office isn't working, preventing my pre-generated delivery note from being accepted. As a result, I have to wait at least 20 minutes while the staff unsuccessfully tries to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the post office doesn't even have any tape. If you need to seal something, you have to find it yourself. And if you suddenly need to open a parcel, they give you old Soviet scissors that barely cut. This is service from the 1980s, not a modern company that claims to meet international standards."
