It covers the basics (client management, workouts, nutrition and messaging), but it didn’t meet what I needed in practice—especially around automations and the level of customisation for truly individualised training and nutrition delivery. The biggest issue for me was subscription clarity. I believed I was choosing a monthly subscription, but later learned it was treated as a 12‑month commitment and early cancellation wasn’t offered. Support were polite and responsive, but the outcome was essentially to continue paying until the end of the term (with a discount offered instead). "I wanted to cancel my subscription and i was forced to continue for another month though i was finished. The money was taken from my account despite my numerous communications and requests. I was told in response to my simple demands that my access ended when you guys said it ended. Even prior to my requested cancellation i did not view mypthub in any such negative light. How i am potentially being dealt with now amidst such difficulty i am facing in my personal life is not in my opinion at all acceptable. It is not being conveyed to me that i have been a valued customer, rather another number on the payment list."
"We started with a free trial and decided to subscribe. We were given an option to upgrade to a month-to-month plan. We decided we could no longer focus on fitness coaching, so we wanted to cancel the subscription. When we went to cancel the subscription, our account showed we were enrolled in an annual subscription and now we are being forced to pay $58 per month for the next 8 months. We feel we were duped, and now forced to pay money we should not have to. In addition, the site feels very antiquated and notnup to par with other available options."
