"Unserious player! At first I thought "okay, a large supplier of checkout and online store from Northern Norway must be solid?" Have you paid for a solution they are unable to deliver for the last 6 months, and "don't know what's wrong". Here you have developers who are unable to fix bugs, and customer service that does not follow up. Quite special that they are unable to get 2 Visma solutions to talk to each other. Expensive solution where you pay a lot and only get delivered maybe 50% of what you pay for. Steer clear!"
"Inadequate store system, with employees who have never worked in a store with other systems. If you only operate online, and only sell to private individuals, it is probably fine, but the moment you need something more, the system immediately puts the brakes on for you. And you always have to spend half an hour when talking to customer service to thoroughly explain what the error is, why it is a problem, and what they can do about it to make it better. I expect to meet professionals who know more than me, and especially at the price Mystore is supposed to have."
"Relatively unserious player. Claims to have expertise in marketing and online store solutions. Unfortunately, the solution has a huge number of errors and the employees do not respond because they are on vacation (!) Steer clear. The cash register system disconnects from the card terminal every day and has to be restarted. Unable to answer for themselves when critical questions are asked. I submit error messages once a week and it takes up to a month before they respond or correct the error."
