"I've been disappointed with the college's behavior for a long time, although I've only just sat down to write down my experience... First of all, the sales consultants are simply experts at getting you to sign up... They say the course is suitable for everyone, which is completely not the case. They say you don't need to know English or any prior knowledge of computers or computer programs, which is a must in this profession!! In short, it's a real joke. A place that respects itself would probably do short admission or suitability tests because it's clear that not every profession is suitable for everyone. But they're blinded by the false promises, and of course they don't care if you get a certificate or not, so there's no suitability test or trial class. The main thing is that you sign up and they'll get your money and that's it. And is there a possibility of cancellation or refund? Absolutely not. In the contract, they took care of all the clauses for which you will never receive a refund, and even if you met everything? You still can't cancel because you logged in on the day you signed up when the representative wanted to explain everything to you, and boom, you've already failed one clause. Just scams!! At first I signed up for the course, it was very incomprehensible from a few years ago and not at all up to date with the market!! And there was no accompaniment from a lecturer or someone who came to explain and even when they explained it didn't give anything. I spoke to the support many times when I got to the project which was such a joke every video added something or dropped something and the support told me to just copy after the video exactly! Instead of helping me understand. (Which wasn't even possible because every video has something different that wasn't in the previous video) But on my own I somehow worked hard and almost reached the end of the project and then? They decide to change all the study content from the beginning claiming that the market has updated and instead of giving it as a bonus to the veteran students they just have to deal with it and start the whole course from the beginning in order to get the certificate. There is no one to talk to, they don't really care about the time you invested. Because the personal and close support they promise was definitely not here. In short, very disappointed."
