"Takes a long time to get the "rebate card" and then, after signing up for an account and activating it...it doesn't work. No humans at the phone number given. Computer prompts say they are emailing a code to use ...nothing is sent. If you are buying a product and this card is offered...try to get a discount before you buy the product!"
"I recently bought 5 LG Appliances through Jessup's Appliance in Venice Florida. I purchased LG mainly because of the rebates. There are (2) rebates; 1) Rebate through LG USA and the US Website. 2) Nationwide Marketing which is connected through the Appliance store; Jessup's. The issue is with number 2 NATIONWIDE MARKETING. Horrible company to deal with. I've tried no less than 10 times to get resolution, they kept rejecting the invoice for reasons that are not rationale. When I finally got he invoice the way they wanted they DECLINED the rebate because I submitted too many invoices, there is NO way to delete the ones they didn't like. Calling them you end up talking with someone in Guatemala who barely speak English. When I requested to escalate they told me there is no way to escalate and it's not an issue they can help with. You can not get a hold of anyone in the US for this company because they keep bouncing you to their horrible support system. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!"
"This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. The hold time is 40 minutes or more. Not only is it awful customer service but the whole rebate thing is a complete joke. The email for help doesn't work. The first customer service agent didn't have the correct information. The second one put me on hold I think as the line just went to music. Then to the short survey...about the service I received which wasn't good."
"Absolutely pathetic customer service trying to follow up on our Warners Stellian rebate claim, which was approved weeks ago. We never received a follow up email. I called the company twice…was told both times that they have NO record, despite the fact that I have CONFIRMATION from THEIR website, & gave the call agents the confirmation #. I also have original confirmation that claim was received and in processing. I was told in both phone calls that Nationwide Marketing has no supervisors available to look into this. (!)."
"I have been a member of this buying group for years and every year the service is getting worse and worse you have to fight just to get rebates the rep never called they never come around for years. It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat the companies that they work with I don’t know where any accounting is for our rebates , and they have no accountability as well as they don’t pick up the telephone stay away from these people !
