"Stay away from their own brands. I bought a set of three carbon pans from Gastrotools. I'm from De Buyer and Made In, but they should have a shot. Seasoning is usually smooth sailing; Not with Gastrool's pans. As soon as the pan hit 180 degrees on the surface, it broke. Got it straightened out and tried a calmer tempering - same result. Gastrotools uses claimlane for their complaints, and they don't want their complaints handled personally, so I'm unfortunately dropping out. Now I have some pans I can abuse if I have to cook over a fire :)"
