"We were clients of MKS for a few years and very happy initially but unfortunately our accountant resigned and Mark Said, Director of MKS, assigned us to a new accountant, who was completely inadequate and unable to meet our accounting needs. We did discuss our concerns with Mark at the time and he assured us he would oversee things so we persevered for another 12 months but we had the same accountant and no change. When we informed MKS that we were going to move on, Mark sent us a very rude email and was nothing but an unprofessional ego-driven male. We are so glad we moved on!"
