"A web agency specializing in communication... A lot of money wasted on a miserable service. A quote was accepted with the explicit promise to "double the volume of incoming requests in 12 months." The result: absolutely nothing. No concrete results, no measurable improvement, quite the opposite. A blatant disregard for best web practices, nonexistent support, and mostly talkative but ineffective contacts (special mention to Eve). Lots of talk, very little useful action. The client portal is more of a time-waster than anything else, with no real added value. Worse: over six months of continuous decline in website traffic, without any self-reflection, serious analysis, or corrective action, despite repeated requests. And to top it all off, a quote request form worthy of an amateur, not even an informed one. We're talking about a carpentry company, not a hair salon! Overpriced service, nonexistent results, no professional standards. Avoid at all costs."
